NEXPA, leader in smart parking and smart traffic-enforcement industries is looking for candidates

who have industry experience and technology expertise, especially in video analytic based parking solution (PGS and PMS)

 

Job Opening :


1. Sr. Project Manager ( 2
position openings in Singapore Branch

2. Sales Account Executive ( 1 position opening in Singapore & 1 opening in Seoul, South Korea) 

3. Sales Engineer ( 2 position openings in Singapore Branch & 1 opening in Seoul, South Korea)

4. Junior Sales Manager ( 1 position opening in Singapore & Seoul, South Korea)

 




Job Descriptions:


Sr. Project Manager / Sales Engineer (Sr. Position) - 
1. Manage multiple Singapore and overseas smart parking projects
2. In charge of providing partner enablement and delivery of training
3. Interfacing with R&D teams in S. Korea for solutioning and customisation handling
4. Conduct overseas PoCs (Proof of Concept) and Demo Setup/Showcase
5. Delivery of product introduction and presentation
6. Participate in proposal development and sales technical write-ups
7. Overseas traveling (30-70%)


Sales Representative (Jr. Position) - 
1. Identify, present, promote and sell NEXPA solutions and services to the prospective customers
2. Able to follow Tenders/RFIs/RFPs, to pull right resources for technical proposal development and complete the commercial packages according to the specifications
3. Able to meet sales targets
4. Manage customers meetings and followups with great organization skills
5. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other technical and procurement departments 
6. Sales presentation development
7. Traveling (20-50%)

 
Qualifications:
Common Qualifications:
Both positions require at least 3 year experience in Parking Solution - prefer video based smart parking solutions

 Sr. Project Manager/ Sales Engineer
1. 5-10y experience in parking solution deliveries and solution selling, must be proficient in PMS and PGS
2. Experience in inter-networking, wireless network, optical network (fibre optic) and troubleshooting (experience in Cisco router/switch preferred)
3. Experience in DBMS SQL/Windows Server/Cloud/ C/S Software Development
4. Understanding of video analytics and optical technology is PLUS
5. Must be able to travel to SE, Europe and Middle-Eastern countries
6. Server/Network Tuning and SW/HW trouble-shooting skills
7. Training and partner enablement experience (PLUS)
8. BS/BA degree or equivalent

 
Sales Representative (Jr. or Sr.)
1. 3-5y Experience in parking (Smart Parking) sales or 3-5y experience in IoT sales
2. Understanding of parking industries and technology trends
3. Have time management and organization skills
4. Excellent communication and negotiations skills
5. Target driven and goal oriented
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
7. Able to create and deliver sales presentation tailored to specific audience
8. BA/BS/Diploma or equivalent
